Dott. Bonapace Suppository filling line

2699 – Dott. Bonapace Suppository filling line, comprising: Filling Station, BP-10 stainless steel jacketed hopper with water circulation, 25 litre working capacity. Chilling Unit , Sealing & Cutting Station. Designed for pre-formed suppository shells from a reel. The shells are placed onto the loading disc at the infeed of the filling machine and are automatically unwound and fed under the dosing nozzle. The suppository product is kept at a constant temperature during filling in the jacketed hopper which is complete with agitation. The filled shells are automatically rewound onto the supporting disc, placed at the outlet of the filling machine and at the same time are cooled by the cooling unit. The filled shells with disc are then placed in a drawer of the cooling unit and filling cycle continues. Once the batch is complete the cooled reels are placed onto the sealing machine where the containers are automatically sealed, trimmed and cut into pre-set numbers.
