OPTICount TM100

The Opticount is a high quality batch tablet counter, designed to automatically count tablets and capsules of various sizes in batches of 1 to 999. The Opticount is a compact bench mounted semi-automatic counter, it uses a smart HMI with a touch screen interface and a Keyence Fibre Opic counting system. The counter uses twin linear vibratory tracks to feed and align tablets or capsules to the counting head. Requiring no change parts, all contact parts can removed without the use of tools, making product clean down quick and simple.
