PMS CPM200 Capsule Polisher

Automatic Capsule Polisher with empty shell sorter designed to clean and polish filled capsules using rotary brushing and dust extraction.

The CPM 200 can handle a wide range of capsule sizes and throughputs.  All stainless steel (316L) housing with GMP approved contact parts.  Dismantling and removal of the cleaning brush assembly is quick and simple for ease of cleaning; requires no tools.

Available with an optional empty capsule sorter which removes unfilled shells prior to the discharge of the polisher.  Fully adjustable product inlet and outlet positions to suit a wide range of capsule filling machines and metal detectors.  Mounted on a mobile stand with lockable castors.
