2014 Winkworth PV50

WINKWORTH PV50 Process Vessel, all stainless steel construction, 50 ltr capacity, jacketed vessel for oil heating and cooling. 500 ID x 330mm deep.   Vessel fitted with CBO and valve, HAAKE key interlock system, 1/3rd hinged inspection lid with safety grill. Gate type mixing paddle with hinged PTFE scrapers, paddle lift out, hinged via hand operated hydraulic pump. Tricoolthermal HTF150S-12 heating / cooling system.

Jacket - Design Pressure 3.5 Bar, Test Pressure 6.7 Bar, Design Temp 100°C

Skid mounted on 4 lockable castors with control panel, features:

Discharge valve Open / Close with indicator lights
