Hoonga HM400R High Speed Blister Packer, continuous motion, balcony style blister packer designed and constructed in accordance with GMP standards. Complete with bulk feed system and up to 13 sets of change parts (details upon request) with dedicated or brush box feed systems.  Laetus Polyphem WT missing tablet camera system – Discharge conveyor to intermediate transfer conveyor to:

Hoonga Hana 120 Cartoner, horizontal, intermittent motion cartoner erector, inserter and closer.

Ergonomic balcony design, cGMP compliant, fitted with automatic blister feeder, missing blister detection, leaflet folder and inserter, emboss coder. Set for aeroplane tuck cartons with bulk carton feed system. Carton size range - width (A) 35 - 100 mm; height (B) 15- 85 mm; length (C) 70 - 150 mm. Output up to 100 cartons per minute depending on product.  – Discharge conveyor onto infeed conveyor of:
