Dounce tissue grinder to disrupt cells for the extraction of cell products including proteins, RNA and DNA. The Dounce style is designed for use by moving the pestle up and down in the mortar. This allows the extraction of cell products or nuclei with minimal damage. Each set contains both a tight and a loose fitting pestle. AS NEW & UNUSED.
