Designed to inspect and validate a Data Matrix code on syringes.

Comprising: Bulk feeder with hopper and flighted belt elevator, vibratory bowl feeder, Sortec elevating in-feed conveyor, inspection machine with 2 x cameras for UV Data Matrix Inspection, and Sortec elevating out-feed conveyor with lane splitter. Rejected pieces are sent to a blind chute from the intermediate star-wheel while accepted pieces continue to the Sortec out-feed conveyor. Design speeds - 120 pcs/min and 220 pcs/min. Controlled by PLC with a HMI with built-in fully functioning qwerty keyboard and touch-pad with 15" LCD display. Currently set for 8.15mm diameter x 81.2mm long syringes. Year of manufacture 2006.
