IWKA CP 80-R CARTONER & VIAL FEED SYSTEM

Intermittent motion carton erector, inserter and closer. Carton size range - width (A) 20 - 85 mm; height (B) 17- 70 mm; length (H) 55 - 200 mm. Maximum output 80 cartons per minute depending on product and carton quality.

Currently set for aeroplane style cartons with glue closure at both ends via a free standing Nordsen 3400 hot-melt system, serial No. AA99B62528.  Carton infeed fitted with pre-folded leaflet bundle (or booklet) pick and place feeder with Laetus Argus 6012 pharmacode reader for both leaflet and carton.  Year of manufacture 1999.

Complete with interconnected vial feeder comprising:
IWK rotary table, 1200 mm diameter, forming three double lanes of vials linked to a three lane transfer system to place three times 2 x 5 vials (30 vials) into three carton buckets.  Transfer stroke of the 'Pick and Place' unit 20 cycles/min, equivalent to 600 vials/min.

Glass vials fed upright in a 2 x 5 format, with sleeved leaflet bundle 19 x 31 x 70 mm into carton, size 52 x 44 x 75 mm.

Glass vials fed upright in a 2 x 5 format, with sleeved leaflet bundle 19 x 31 x 84 mm into carton, size 52 x 41 x 88.5 mm.
