Pneumatic Press Capper, stainless steel construction, ergonomically designed with minimal changeover time

Capping accuracy is achieved through the patented push through cap placement system and air driven final torque station.  Cap hopper with a Kalish flighted belt elevator suitable for a wide variety of bottle/cap combinations.  Speeds up to 90 BPM can be achieved on a 12 pocket starwheel.  Bottle height - 40 mm to 275 mm.  Max bottle diameter - 100 mm.  Maximum cap diameter: 115 mm.  Fitted with a Misaligned cap detector, for detecting missing caps with reject.
