Comminuting Mill for size reduction, pulverising and blending. Machine with Reversible chamber for knife and Hammer face.

Mill with standard swinging blades. All-purpose machine used for all types of size reduction, pulverising and blending it is suitable for chemical and pharmaceutical applications including wet granulation, dry granulation, pulverising and dispersion or wetting. Reversible chamber, each blade has one knife edge and one impact face.  All contact parts are stainless steel. Mounted on mobile stand.  Fitted with safety interlocks to chamber.  Variable speed 1000, 2500 and 4000 rpm. 

Supplied stripped and rebuilt in paint finish, to include the following:

Electrics:

220 / 380 / 440 v 50 Hz 3 ph.  7.5 hp.
Strip and service drive motor, fit new bearings.

Fit digital rpm display with control (sensor from pulley output speed) for variable speed to existing stainless steel enclosure.

Supply and fit one stainless steel enclosure to house a 5.5 kW, 3ph inverter giving variable speed control, ranging from 1000 to 4,600 rpm.

Replace and shorten existing wiring to interlocks.
