CREMER Tablet Counter CF1220.2, stainless steel construction, twin 12 track linear tablet counter with mechanical height adjustment. The counter is designed to electronically count products, into predetermined quantities. Tablet or capsules are fed from a bulk product hopper and separated using a multi-track system and deposited into containers fed via a twin slat conveyor and high-speed container indexing system. Currently filling 6,000 tablet per minute, output up to 150 cpm. Container size: min dia 20mm - max 115mm, height min 40 – max 240mm. Complete with CFM dust extraction unit. Year of manufacture 1997.

Cap hopper with flighted belt elevator suitable for a wide variety of bottle/cap combinations. Speeds up to 90 BPM can be achieved on a 12 pocket starwheel. Bottle height - 40mm to 275mm. Max bottle diameter - 100mm. Maximum cap diameter: 115mm. Fitted with a Misaligned cap detector, for detecting missing caps with reject. Year of manufacture 2001.
