An integrated Tube Filling Line, including TZK Tube Feeder, TFS20 Tube Filler, CPR Cartoner, Herma Labeller, Garvens Checkweigher and Soco Case Sealer.

TZK Tube Feeder, all stainless steel construction, tubes are loaded from cartons into the feeder hopper, tubes are then fed into the tube loaded of the TFS 20.

IWKA TFS20 Tube Filler, capacity of 40-120 tubes / min for tubes of diameter 10-52 mm, and dosages of 2.5 - 500 ml, currently set to fill and seal aluminium tubes with simple, double or saddle folds. Complete with electric hoist to elevate product hopper, pharma code reader for tube, year of manufacture 1999.

IWKA CPR Continuous Motion Horizontal Cartoner. operates at speeds up to 200 carton per minute depending on product characteristics. Fitted with GUK type FA21/4 Cartonac 81 leaflet folder / inserter and Argus Leatus 6012 bar code reader. Carton dimensions: A - 20-105mm; B - 15-70mm; C - 55-180mm. Leaflet size up to 210 x 300mm (unfolded). Services: 400/3/50 5kW; air 6-7bar. Overall length 5.9m. Year of manufacture 1999.

HERMA H300 Labeller, vignette label applicator mounted on a Transnorm Packing Conveyor TS1100 stainless steel framed, variable speed conveyor. Complete with Open Date hot foil coder and Laetus pharma code reader.
