AVE INDUSTRIES Bottle Rinsing & Blowing Machine, model RAI SX INOX 24.  Stainless steel construction with stainless steel framed interlocked guarding, rated IP55. Maximum output 7,200 BPM fitted with a scroll infeed.  Machine designed to rinse using water or a disinfecting solution and or blow filtered air into the inverted bottles, suitable for plastic or glass bottles.

KALISH FILLTRONIC 12 Head Liquid Filler, this versatile gear pump liquid filler has a proven reputation as a robust, flexible and simple-to-operate machine.  Perfectly suited for nearly all free-flowing viscosities.  Previously filling an oral suspension of 200ml at 100 bottles per minute.  Fitted with 12 positive displacement pumps (Steripumps), sanitary stainless steel precision gear pumps meter product through positive shutoff nozzles into a variety of containers with great accuracy and reliability.  Fill volumes from 25 ml to 1000 ml.  All stainless steel construction with stainless steel framed interlocked guarding.

DICO 4 HEAD Multi Rotary Screw Capper.  Generally stainless steel construction with stainless steel framed interlocked guarding.  Output up to 120 BPM fitted with a 83 mm slat conveyor and scroll infeed, left to right operation.  Fitted with a Siemens PLC . Complete with a selection of change parts.  Dico Cap Elevator feeding the cap sorter, stainless steel construction, hopper capacity 0.28 m3.  Year of manufacture 1992.

HARLANDS MERCURY LABELLER. self-adhesive wrap around labeller, designed for applying self adhesive labels to round containers.  All stainless steel construction fitted with a rotary drum pitch control to infeed.  100mm stainless steel framed slat conveyor fitted with top steady conveyor, adjustable.  Stainless steel framed interlocked safety guarding, Open Date hot foil coder and pharma code reader.

CAM AVC VERTICAL Cartoner, continuous motion vertical cartoner, output up to 120 cartons per minte, type AVC 10.  Carton pick-off and erection carried-out by means of a moveable blade which inserts into the carton pre-opening it before completely erecting and inserting it between the transfer lugs, allows low grammage board to be used even when handling square-section formats or cartons with gluing and creasing imperfections.  Arranged for reverse tuck.  Complete rotary bottom emboss coder for both top and bottom flaps, pre-folded leaflet inserter.  Leatus 6012 pharmacode reader, complete with interlocked guarding. Fitted with V284 Automatic feeder for bottles with continuous motion product pick-up system and device to detect product introduction into carton.
