12 L brim capacity (internal bowl dimensions 250 mm x 250 mm deep with dish bottom) with Stirrer and Emulsifier.

 20 mm dia center bottom outlet with hand operated ball valve. Jacket design 1 bar @ 160 deg C. insulated and clad in stainless steel, temperature prode in base. Variable speed contra-rotating anchor blade stirrer with PTFE scrapers, combined with variable speed emulsifier (turbine) at bottom (over driven). Powered bowl raise/lower. Liquid ring vacuum pump. Lid comprising inspection port with light, vacuum gauge with valve, and liquid inlet. Bowl can be easily removed for cleaning. Overall height 2160 mm. Control panel with control for turbine speed (digital indicator),  Temperature indicator, raise and lower, speed control for anchor stirrer. Year of manufacture 1987
