All stainless steel, contact parts 316L 400 mm dia. x 450 mm straight side with dish bottom. Contra-rotating blades - outer element has hinged PTFE scrapers, both elements variable speed by means of v/speed gearboxes.

Inner element driven by 0.75 kW motor, outer element driven by 1.1 kW motor. Bottom entry, variable speed high-shear emulsifier, invertor controlled - 4.0 kW at 3000 rpm.

38 mm dia. slipper type outlet with plug valve. Domed lid with inspection port, light, product entry and vacuum port.  Electrically operated hydraulic pump for raise/lower of lid and mixing blades. Vessel working pressure - full vacuum to 2.25 bar (TP 3.75 bar), 165 deg C.; Jacket working pressure - 6.1  bar (TP 10.0 bar), 165 deg C.
