100,000 ISO Class 8 Clean Room - 145 sq m (1560 sq ft), 100 ISO Class 5 Clean Room - 160 sq m (1722 sq ft). Total = 305 sq m (3282 sq ft).

The class 100,000 space has been used for chemistry research and is fitted out with sink units, shelving, storage and workbenches. It is also supplied with purified (RO) water. The class 100 space has two rooms separately partitioned from the main space.

Both clean areas are supplied with: both a UK and US ring main electricity supply and 3-phase outlets (including a UPS); compressed dry air (CDA); process gas lines; and process cooling water. The entire clean room facility is modular in nature and could be reconfigured, for reassembly elsewhere.
