Mixer with BLENDING System, stainless steel trough with interrupted spiral blade. it is  polish finish (80 grit) internally. 

Trough currently mounted in a three part lid, centre parts fixed and fitted with a gridded sack tipping hopper complete with front hinged cover supported by gas struts. Outer covers hinged with gas struts and centre clamps. Outlet 200 mm diameter (remote operation) with grid and discharge chute. Mixer presently mounted in a gantry.

Operator control panel (duplicated to allow operation from gantry or floor level). Mistura key exchange safety interlock system, mains isolator, DOL contactor, overload, main stop/start, process timer.

Trough dimensions 1993 mm x 1000 mm x 970 mm. Electrics: mains isolator and stop/start, 15 kW drive, 415V/3ph/50Hz. Gearbox output 25 rpm.  Overall dimensions 3010 mm x 1100 mm x 1665 mm. Year of manufacture Nov 2003.

Blending system includes, 6 x Matcon poly IBC's with discharge valves, docking station with vibratory sieve discharge though to in line metal detector.
