GIUSTI Process Vessel 1200 ltr capacity, stainless steel construction, hemispherical vessel (316), jacketed for steam, jacket design pressure 3.3 bar @ 150 deg. Vessel design temperature, maximum 100 deg.

Bridge mounted mechanical variable speed anchor blade stirrer fitted with PTFE scrapers, servo motor speed adjustment from 5.8 to 35 rpm.  Additional bridge mounted fixed mixing blades, coupled to the mixing shaft with PTFE bearings.  Bottom entry two speed high-shear emulsifier, 1440 & 2880 rpm.

Temperature probe mounted in the base of the vessel.  Center bottom outlet with manually operated valve via handwheel positioned at outer base of vessel.  Lid made up of two hinged openings either side of the bridge, one with safety grill.  Year of manufacture 1993.  Wall mounted stainless steel operator panel.
