MATCON-BULS MULTI CONTAINER BLENDER. 0.75 kW drive motor, 240V/1ph/50Hz. 2 x 50 ltr., 1 x 24 ltr and 2 x 7 ltr. containers.  Complete with 2 x loading platforms, 640 x 640 mm designed to support the bins during mounting and dismounting, requires a forklift (600mm centres) or hoist to elevate platform.  Enclosed Safety interlocked guard.  Overall dimensions 2000 x 1200 x 1900mm.

Control panel with displays indicating: Supply On, Motor Overload, Control On, Blender Running, Blend Complete and Digital RPM indicator.  Controls for blending speed; 10 to 20 rpm, Blend Timer; 0 to 30 min (range can to increased), Start, Reset, Inch (with automatic bin stop in the vertical position), Fortress key interlock system, E-stop and mains isolator.

Fortress interlock with key position on blender mounting clamp ensuring the clamp is securely fitted prior to commencement of the blending cycle.  Flange type mounting (similar to a large Tri-clover clamp).
